At Canvas Beauty Brand, we want you to love your results; however, due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unopened beauty products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
